Cardiovascular Center: Features: Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Stair Climbers, Recumbent and Upright Life Cycles, Spinners, Rowing Machines, Step Mills and more! We also offer a cardio theater with three 27" televisions to watch while you work out.

Nautilus Center: Next Generation Nautilus features 14 selectorized machines. This full line provides a safe and effective workout while increasing strength and flexibility.

Free Weight Center: Fully equipped free weight room contains state of the art equipment from Cybex, Body Master, and Hammer Strength.

Swimming Pool: Lap Swim, Family Swim, Adult and youth lessons, Water Aerobics

PERSONAL TRAINING

     The YMCA offers personal training for members.  This program offers you the opportunity to work one on one with a qualified professional who will guide you through each workout as well as assist you in reaching your wellness goals.  You may work with one of several personal trainers all of whom come with a great deal of experience, qualifications, and are all certified.  If you are interested or would like more information please see or call Heather at the YMCA (795-4095) or e-mail at hsmall@alymca.com

Heather Small
Fitness Center Coordinator

Heather joined the YMCA staff in 2007. She graduated from Keene State college with a B.S degree in Health Science in the spring of 2007. During her college career she held posts as the campus gymnasium supervisor, fitness specialist and group fitness instructor. Patricia Caldwell
Wellness Coordinator

Tish, who has been at the YMCA since 1986, is a Registered Nurse, Cardiac Rehab Nurse Specialist, Exercise Specialist and is certified in Polarity Therapy Bodywork, is a certified Yoga instructor, a certified Pilates instructor and a certified Group Power instructor. She coordinates the Wellness and Nutritional Programs at the YMCA. Tish continues to train with Yoga and Pilates teachers of varying traditional disciplines.
