Renting Contract
Expectations of the Renter
• Renters are expected to abide by any rules or guidelines established by the YMCA, or requests by the assigned staff. For Example:Pool rules set forth by our lifeguards
• Individuals are expected to respect all property and equipment and will be finacially responsible for any damages that may result in their rental.
• DO NOT use any games, toys, or equipment that is not provided in the agreement. Most of the rented area at the YMCA is shared space (day care, teen center, school age, etc.) and their property should not be disturbed.
• The renter is expected to pick up area after said event and is responsible for leaving rented area(s) in a reasonably clean condition. Leave the area as you found it.
Expectations of the YMCA
• The Auburn-Lewiston YMCA will provide a clean, safe, and accomodating environment for the needs of the renter.
• The Auburn-Lewiston YMCA will provide staffing for your event, as needed.
• Staff will provide the necessary equipment, and address any needs or concerns that may arise.
• The Auburn-Lewiston YMCA will provide materials needed for clean up (trash bags, brooms, cleaning agents, paper towels, etc.
All rentals must be paid in full at least three days prior to the rental date. If payment is not made three days in advance, your reservation will be cancelled.
