Cardio Center

The Auburn-Lewiston YMCA's Cardio Center offers a variety of options to meet your cardio needs. Our Cardio Center is equipped with the following equipment:

• Treadmills
• Cross Trainers
• Stair Climbers
• Recumbent and Upright Life Cycles
• Spinners
• Rowing Machines
• Step Mills

Our Cardio Center is also equipped with a Cardio Theater, containing 3 27" televisions to watch while you work out.
